Diagnostic Report Review
A thorough, deep-dive analysis of your recent Ofsted report and current site documentation. I identify the "root cause" of the findings and pre-plan a suite of reasonable, tailored actions to address each area, ensuring we hit the ground running during our meeting.
Strategy & Implementation Meeting
A 2-hour collaborative strategy session (conducted online). We review the proposed action plan, adapt the strategies to your team’s unique capacity and resources, and finalize a realistic, step-by-step roadmap for improvement.
Staff Confidence & Implementation Workshop
A half-day on-site (or live remote) training session for your staff. We move from "theory to practice," giving your team the hands-on confidence, communication tools, and behavioural strategies they need to deliver the new action plan in the classroom every day.
